MY SAO is notified as a cosmetic product in Singapore. It is not a medicinal product. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Salon partners agree, in writing, to present MY SAO only as a cosmetic add-on to their styling, scalp-care or pre-styling service. If a client describes a medical concern (e.g. clinically-diagnosed scalp condition, suspected pathological hair loss, post-treatment recovery), salon partners are required by this programme to refer the client to a licensed medical professional rather than respond at the chair.
