What MY SAO Is — and Is Not.MY SAO 是什么、不是什么

MY SAO is notified as a cosmetic product in Singapore. It is not a medicinal product. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Salon partners agree, in writing, to present MY SAO only as a cosmetic add-on to their styling, scalp-care or pre-styling service. MY SAO 在新加坡按化妆品备案,不属于药品,不用于任何疾病的诊断、治疗、治愈或预防。合作沙龙书面承诺:仅以化妆品级附加服务的方式向客户呈现 MY SAO,不脱离造型/头皮护理/造型前流程的语境。

If a client describes a medical concern (e.g. clinically-diagnosed scalp condition, suspected pathological hair loss, post-treatment recovery), salon partners are required by this programme to refer the client to a licensed medical professional rather than respond at the chair. See "Medical-referral clause" below. 若客户提出医学诉求(如已确诊头皮疾病、疑似病理性脱发、术后康复等),本计划要求沙龙伙伴引荐就医,不得在椅前回应。详见下方「医疗诉求转介条款」。

Categories of language to avoid应避免的话术类别

The MY SAO partner-training pack lists specific banned phrases. Below is the category-level summary; the verbatim list is delivered only inside the training session and the signed talking-points pack — to keep the public-facing page free of medicinal terms. MY SAO 伙伴培训包内列有具体禁用短语清单。下方仅以「类别」呈现;逐字清单仅在培训现场与已签署的话术包中提供——以避免医疗用语出现在对外公开页面上。

  • Any words implying the product can treat, cure, prevent or stop a medical condition or disease.任何暗示产品可以「治疗、治愈、预防、阻止」某种疾病或医学状况的措辞。
  • Any words implying the product can directly cause hair to grow or restore biological hair.任何暗示产品可直接「使毛发生长」或恢复生物意义上的头发的措辞。

Eight Commitments, Signed in Writing.八条书面承诺

Every salon partner signs the Partner Pledge as a condition of supply. The pledge is a one-page document you keep on file; key clauses summarised below.每位沙龙伙伴在首批发货前签署伙伴承诺书。承诺书为一页文件,伙伴留底;要点摘要如下。

  1. Talking-points pack only. The salon and its stylists use only the official MY SAO talking-points pack (the "Use freely" list above plus the verbatim training pack) when describing the product to clients.仅使用官方话术包。沙龙及其发型师在向客户描述本品时,仅使用 MY SAO 官方话术包(上述「可放心使用」列表 + 培训现场逐字清单)。
  2. No category-banned language. Stylists agree not to use any language falling into the "categories to avoid" above, in any spoken, written, social-media, signage or video form related to MY SAO.不使用应避免类别。发型师承诺:在与 MY SAO 相关的任何口头、书面、社媒、店内陈列或视频形式中,不使用上述「应避免」类别的措辞。
  3. Pre-approved merchandising only. All in-store display items, table cards, mirrors, posters, leaflets and digital screens that mention MY SAO must be supplied by — or pre-approved in writing by — MY SAO.仅使用经审核的陈列物料。所有提及 MY SAO 的店内陈列、桌卡、镜面、海报、单页与电子屏幕物料,必须由 MY SAO 提供或事先书面审核同意。
  4. Compliance training certificate. Each stylist who applies or recommends MY SAO completes the 90-minute compliance training and is logged as certified. Untrained stylists do not present MY SAO.合规培训凭证。每位接触/推荐 MY SAO 的发型师须完成 90 分钟合规培训并登记凭证。未培训发型师不向客户呈现本品。
  5. Medical-referral clause. If a client describes a clinically-diagnosed condition, suspected pathological hair loss, post-surgical recovery, or asks for a medical opinion, the partner refers the client to a licensed medical professional and does not respond at the chair.医疗诉求转介。若客户描述已确诊疾病、疑似病理性脱发、术后康复或寻求医学意见,伙伴必须引荐持牌医疗专业人士,不在椅前回应。
  6. Disclosure on social posts. When a stylist or salon posts content about MY SAO on social media, applicable ASAS disclosure tags (#ad / #gifted / #affiliate as relevant) and the SCAP mandatory notice are included. Before/after photos always include "Individual results may vary".社媒披露。发型师或沙龙在社媒发布 MY SAO 相关内容时,附上 ASAS 要求的披露标签(如 #ad / #gifted / #affiliate)与 SCAP 法定声明。前后对比照恒附「实际效果因人而异」。
  7. Accept compliance audit. Tier-3 partners agree to a quarterly review by the MY SAO compliance team (talking-points spot-check, in-store materials, and recent social posts). Lower tiers may be sampled randomly.接受合规抽检。三级伙伴每季度接受 MY SAO 合规团队复核(话术抽查、店内物料、近期社媒贴文)。其他等级可随机抽样。
  8. Breach handling. A first non-material breach triggers a written notice and corrective action; a material or repeat breach may trigger a 30-day pause of supply, withdrawal of co-branded materials, or termination, at MY SAO's sole discretion.违规处理。首次非实质性违规:书面通知 + 整改;实质或重复违规:MY SAO 有权暂停供货 30 天、收回联合品牌物料或终止合作。

The Partner Pledge is supplied as a fillable PDF on first contact. Signature happens before the discovery call concludes; first shipment dispatches once the signed copy is received.伙伴承诺书在首次接洽时以可填写 PDF 形式提供。在初谈电话结束前完成签署;签署稿回收后安排首批发货。

  2. Sign the Partner Pledge. Return the signed pledge to lock in your tier.签署伙伴承诺书。回签后锁定合作等级。
  3. Compliance training (90 min). Onsite for Tier 2/3, or remote for Tier 1. Each stylist receives a personal certificate.合规培训(90 分钟)。二/三级到店培训,一级远程;每位发型师领取个人凭证。
  4. Merchandising kit dispatch. Pre-approved POS materials and the talking-points pack ship to your salon.陈列套件发货。已审核的店内物料与话术包寄达沙龙。

MY SAO stands behind the product as a cosmetic, the talking-points pack as supplied, and the merchandising materials as supplied or pre-approved. MY SAO 对以下事项负责:作为化妆品的产品本身、按原样提供的话术包,以及由我方提供或事先审核同意的陈列物料。

MY SAO does not warrant or accept liability for any modified, paraphrased, or off-script claim made by a salon partner, its stylists, contractors, or affiliates that departs from the Partner Pledge above. Such usage is the partner's sole responsibility and may trigger the breach-handling clause. MY SAO 对沙龙伙伴及其发型师、外包人员或关联方在伙伴承诺书之外擅自修改、改述或脱稿的任何主张承担担保或责任。此类使用由伙伴自行负责,并可能触发上述违规处理条款。
